Yes. GrillerPro is heat safe and works best on a warm grill right after cooking, when grease and char are easiest to remove.

GrillerPro works on gas, charcoal, and pellet grills. It's compatible with most standard grate types including cast iron, stainless steel, and porcelain-coated grates.

A single charge lasts through multiple grilling sessions — most customers charge it just a few times per season. A full charge takes about 20-30 minutes via the included USB-C cable.

The cleaning heads are water-resistant and can be rinsed under the tap. The handle and motor unit should be kept dry — do not submerge or put in the dishwasher.

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. If it takes longer, we apologize, we try to get it to you as fast as we can.

The majority of the time, yes. But if your delivery location is further than expected, shipping cost is low compared to other retailers and price is significantly lower as well.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order enters processing. 

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label.
